Hi--
You just need to create a shared network folder that both users have permission to access and place your database in that folder.
Start Giftworks, click change next to the database name and choose select an existing database from the pop up menu. Finally click the browse button and navigate to your database (in the shared folder). Repeat this for each user and you will all be sharing the same database.
